It seems to me that the only thing they will achieve by setting their goals higher is to demoralize and encourage us even more to leave this joke of a company.

Im just going to stay here and NOT try at all they want to lower my pay, go for it I will give them low performance.
It's OK becuase they will fly in like heroes the last day of the month to "gurantee" us our target commission.....because they guaranteed me $20 minimum wage....right?
