If you're unhappy and unfulfilled, it's on you to decide if you're going to stay that way. You have to decide if you just want to keep picking up a paycheck until you get laid off or if you want to take control of your destiny and career. If you don't have the courage to achieve that, then you'll just keep existing at Fiserv and be miserable. Ultimately, it is on you.

Or, you could simply do both. Explore options, re-skill, etc, while waiting for layoff and severance package.
Many want to leave and the right incentive is the way. Offer voluntary severance packages; stop the tone deaf messaging.
what you fail to mention , is its up to us the employees to just let the customer base know they are being lied to mislead on how good this company is , then force Fiserv to change or lose more customers , may the client deconversions continue
