Company would rather keep uneducated, rude, bu-t kissers on as employees than people who know what they are doing. Management are full of backstabbers and have the policy “do as I say not as I do”. Shame on you.

Breath deep? Lol. Obviously the company is promoting a top down personality approach. That should do wonders for client retention.
One of the reasons I left was because an Engineer got promoted because he was buddies with the director. After i saved the company about 20 million on a single project and I wasn't even looked at for a promotion. Instead the engineer that had two years of experience got promoted to be a principal engineer.
It doesn't look like anything has changed yet. Promote your buddies regardless of their ability to actually do the job.
Don't know about that but much of management is clueless. They keep surrounding themselves with their own people who are not the best for that job
