Glad to see JH get “promoted” to new business only. Her lack of leadership or even personal connection made her a horrible manager. Maybe the company will actually thrive without her in the way. Now it’s time to take the JH minion GVPs out of their roles. THERE IS HOPE!!!

Moving her wasn't a promotion, she only took it to save her job.
Anyone who has worked for this company for more than 6 months knows Jennifer was a waste of space in the organization. The reason so many good people exited at first chance, including myself, is a testament to the long term damage she created. She is the main problem and, while it’s great she’s no longer in charge or people, the GVPs and RMs she recruited are still there. There is no way Follett will ever be successful until an overhaul is completed and Jennifer is completely out of the company. I feel sorry for all of those who remain - it will NOT get any better unless someone has the b—ls to make touch decisions. Not sure EK or RP are the right people.
So glad to see JH removed as the leader of people. What a joke she is. Fake, fake, fake - she will not survive the new owners if they are really paying attention.
