I know some have been here a long time and are too scared to rock the boat and start searching for a new job, but you really shouldn't be. I've been at Humana for 16 years. I’m interviewing now and I'm enjoying it quite a bit. There are many available opportunities and I'm not worried at all about being able to find the right fit.

I’m not worried about rocking the boat I’m trying to last long enough to get my severance.
