New commission structure down 20% from previous months

Not that anyone believed we would actually make more but making 20% less is a slap in the face. Come on Verizon you are going to force reps into making the d-mb decision of forming a union.

$100 in accessories they can get elsewhere for less than half. At this point helping them save money would be worth far more than getting a quarter and maybe theyll give a better review. .

When people talk about unions on here it has nothing to do with what they may or may not get done. It is all about voting for one out of spite and nothing more. Verizon has made some seriously bad decisions on the retail side that the only solice a rep can have is voting one in to tick off leadership. Spite Spite Spite !

I have been saying it over and over. The id--ts responsible for creating this commission structure left their slack channel open. In it, they discussed the objective of a 20% reduction in payout across the board. This includes retail and inside sales. They removed any accelerators and multiplier schedule. Get out now. The money is gone. $20 an hour high school dropouts are replacing you.

Leadership is probably laughing at us, knowing they pay retail and customer service low wages. Living paycheck to paycheck is abusive to employees and they don't care. Such a joke, they need to increase wages dramatically. This company is so damn degrading to work for.

When you don't want anyone to know how much commission they actually make from a sale you create something called a BUCKET.

How can anyone feel successful when vz sets the goal post. The quota isn't just some random number I can promise you that.
