We have managers who keep telling us how we are easily replaceable and how we should be grateful to have a job, and then they have the gal to act shocked when people quit. I'm surprised more people are not leaving! With constant layoffs and constant threat of layoffs, which normal person would not be looking for a way out?

EEOC would dust HP pants with class action on the term”you are replaceable “. Those are words of bullying in the leadership.

You know something? I'm grateful I'm in IT and very skilled at that. If my manager EVER told me I was easily replaceable, I would laugh in her face, take two weeks PTO, and come back to the entire group nearly falling apart. LOL
Managers are actually saying this? What area? Calls are recorded so yes it would be easy to prove if something inaccurate or inappropriate was said.
The fact of the matter is we are all replaceable. We can choose to either do the job asked and quit complaining or leave. We are replaceable if we don’t produce. That is busy,
I'm really sorry to the individual working in a threatening environment where the manager is constantly saying they can/may replace you. I'd say you should bring it up to HR, but proving that kind of stuff can be challenging. I wish you and your team good luck with that manager as they do not seem to be right for the role. You deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, not undertones of job loss threats.
I am sick of listening to people complaining. Humana is a great place to work. I have worked for other companies that are much worse. People should be more thankful. Quit trying to stir the pot.
