Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Morale is at an all time low

I’ve been working here for a long time and I think Fiserv has reached the point of lowest morale ever. Am I wrong?
Everyone here feels stuck, that is, they are only here until they find another job. If the compensation doesn't get better soon, I think Fiserv will be in big trouble because no one will want to work here anymore.

Not hard to convince when all one has to do is 'return' to an office and see the looks on the faces of the employees. Sales team is hopped up and cheery, everyone else is rolling their eyes and planning their escape.

Are you going to tell the customers buying these products how well they'll be supported once the sales are completed? Of course not, that would require transparency, a trait that the leadership has no concept or care of manifesting.

No. Not at an all time low. It is lower right after people leave during a layoff. So it has increased slightly after all the network administrators were let go recently. It is currently slightly above the all time low.

It might reach an all time low once I have computer issues though.
