Cost cutting ruined wireless. They are trying to cut every penny and have no care how impacts customers or employees. Blame finance.

The demands for cost cutting that lead to the types of things people are complaining about: changed comp structure, outsourcing of IT and CS. Those all came from Hans and the Board.

The DEI stuff all comes from Blackrock and the board too.

Whoever thought to sc--w with the comp structure and outsourced all IT to India screwed Wireless. If that was Ronan, then yes. I get the feeling though that he didn't have a choice.
