Fiserv is run by a bunch or grey-haired, geezers who only care about the 3-5 year outlook so they can cash out when they all retire together. They don't give a cr-p about the people who put in the long hours that make them look good.

Over the matter of a few months they became social justice warriors ONLY because they thought it would push the stock price. The CIO (Cheif Inclusion Officer) spends her entire day being exclusive to the non-woke employees.

Their Golden Parachutes are being built from your stress brought on by your greedy, talentless, old, heartless bosses.

The "woke" bs is forced as part of a top-down agenda via ESG score. Trillion dollar hedgefunds like Blackrock only invest if the corporations push the agenda.

The identity politics woke nonsense is just divide and conquer distraction meant for you to not care about the growing disparity in wealth/power in a late stage capitalist society.
