Talent Loss At Compliance

They're losing talent faster than they can replace and train up the newest duds they're scraping up from the bottom of whatever ungodly barrel they're pulling newhires from. It's not sustainable.

Where I am working we have a current problem with the latest hire to replace the one who left for greener pastures. The new hire wasn't trained. The head of compliance doesn't even know how to complete the simplest of tasks. Many have complained, and rightfully so.

It is the upper management and not the compliance staff that are causing all the problems. They need to make decisions and stick with it.

Wtf does Compliance even do at WF? Consent orders and mras galore for years, they aren't worth paying.

Compliance is inflated, but the wrong people have been the ones leaving and have been for a year or more now.
