If you're laid off, don't try to get a job at Truist, it's a living he-l that you will regret it for the rest of your lives. Read the boards to any bank you apply at, you may want to think about other job options. Good Luck.

Look at smaller local or regional banks. The "super-regionals" are much better than the bigs, culturally and have more resources than small/local. But definitely avoid any of the big 4 if you actually want a change.
