When will auto risk CRO structure be re-organized. There are multiple cases of director level with one or two direct reports. Been this way for months. That is one reason the efficiency ratio is so high. Too many directors/managers.

I worked in Auto for 17 months. The most inefficient, bloated, duplicate functions. What a joke. Typical WF BS and structure. The left hand don't know what the right hand is doing.
