2 YETI tumblers in two diferent styles. But it is challenging to get a logoed polo shirt or a table cloth
Looking back on the positive side, one function that seems to be working at least decently in supply chain planning. I won't say everything is perfect, but I will say they handled a lot of things in the pandemic as well as anyone could expect. If only the other functions could work as well...
Just saw this month people movements. Looks like the DMSD VP is forced to leave 3M after being charged in court. Such quality of people that 3M is promoting to VP levels....
Sadly….not really. Bad leadership making poor choices.
$25 in " you win" awards at end of year for the last two years from the CEO.

Leadership appointments/COC - No, the quality has gone down substantially
Projects - A3M is a disaster, BT continues to be broken, the new Ent. Ops / LVS structure is fu---d up, R&D is on life support, Sales is running for the exits, Sourcing is a ghost town and it is ki----g the supply chain
In all honesty: I hear the new corporate jets on order are really nice, as is the 14th renovation that is happening. I'll also give 3M credit in how they handled WFH for headquarters staff reasonably well, no complaints there.
