Is the team leads getting a raise anytime soon? The team lead did not get the 2% raise.

Team leads are already overpaid. They needs a pay cut.
They will get 2% next february. They got a bump in pay earlier in the year. Or be like me and transfer to walmart realty execution team. The work is a lot easier, every weekend off, get a raise every 6 months until you top out at 22.50. Way more than the 19 i was making as a lead at sams and im not in charge of anything.
Didn't they get a bump in pay in the last fiscal year? If that is the case, then no they will not get one. When I was a lead and went from the overnight lead to the Morning Merch Lead I didnt get a raise for the next year.
