Does anyone else fee that the SNP program is going downhill? We’ve got leaders who have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I’m embarrassed to even say that I work in that department. It’s such a joke. There is definitely zero care management going on. I blame that on leaders getting promoted who have no experience and have zero idea of what they are doing. It’s actually pretty sad because I used to love this department. The ones I truly feel sorry for our the members.

I think we all have leadership that doesn’t know what it’s doing. Humana seems to be adrift in its current state.
Well SNP is audited by CMS. SNP better get themselves together or Humana will have a decrease in star ratings
