I guess Stankey wasn't kidding when he said titles aren't going to matter anymore.

And that your contribution to the business is all that will matter going forward. Long over due. Trimming the fat at the top, and there is oh so much rich and easy to find fat to trim.

If your contribution to the company was how you were compensated, then I know a bunch of IT level 2’s that should be the highest paid people at T. Folks that consistently save or make the company $10’s of millions every year. Yet these folks are not making huge bank. Tell me again how your contribution effect your compensation? Heck we don’t even get individual bonus.

Will Legacy T bargained for senior personnel be given a voluntary retirement package if business continues to be slow and drag on? There are many techs sitting around day after day with very little to do. Unless, of course T doesn't have a problem keeping techs on the payroll fo nothing!

Based on that (contributiin), the entire Board of Directors, including Stankey, should be a distant memory. -150 Billion contribution.
