Try not to be fooled. Fiserv only advertises they accept disabled folks when they hire people. No the only reason they ask if you are disabled is to disqualify you. Work some where else not FirstData or Fiserv

In all seriousness I have worked with a few legitimately disabled people during my time at Fiserv and in those cases they were amazing employees. Although I left so I can't tell you how it is currently.
Good luck to the OP on finding a job, plus why would you want to work here again anyway? Have you read these posts?
Also remember one thing, Fiserv is a huge company, how you are treated can vary by Business Unit or by Product/Service and your management chain.
there's plenty of "disabled" people working at Fiserv. you can't start at the top and work your way down.
You're probably right, I've visited many Fiserv offices and not once have I seen a disabled person. I just assumed that disabled people didn't want to work, but perhaps Fiserv just won't hire them!!
Not true, we have a wonderful ERG Thrive that supports those with disabilities.
The Sales team will take away your handicap parking spot to have a picnic.
Is there an actual greivance here like a lack of handicap ramp?
Or a 2022 "disability" like a guy wants to use the womens bathroom.
