Not paid enough for any hassles

If this company should survive, it needs to pay enough to retain employees

No amount of money is worth the shifty treatment of management. When my previous manager was leaving to work in IT I was supposed to get the job but instead they gave a manager who can barely run 1 store, 3 stores to run. Plus the fact she's the biggest micromanage in the world is going to make me go postal. First job I can find making close to what I am now, I'm gone with about a 30 second notice

So you're saying, if you got paid more you would take the abuse? I'd rather get paid less, enjoy what I'm doing, and not be so stressed out. There's a culture at Follett that no amount of money in the world will ever change. Either adapt or depart.
