Found it, got it here too. Full time remote and better pay. The job itself is pretty much the same. I miss some of the people, and the culture Nike used to have, but definitely not the senior leadership. The feeling that i left that reorg BS behind is priceless.

Lol what bonus
Already did. Just waiting until June to give my notice, so that I’m entitled to my bonus.
How many people will SAY they’re lining up a remote job? Lots. How many people will actually do it? Few. Inertia is a powerful force and change scares a lot of people. That’s why people will often stay in an unpleasant job for a long time rather than find a better opportunity. It’s too bad because these days the best way to increase your income and elevate your career is to switch companies every few years. At any company a few lucky employees will be chosen to climb the corporate ladder but most employees won’t be amongst the chosen. So you have to make your own corporate ladder by moving into progressively higher positions with different companies every few years. First things first though…you have to ACTUALLY be willing to leave the job you’re currently in. Many dream and talk about leaving but when the rubber hits the road they won’t do it.
Yuuuup.
Found it, got it, great company, nice people, better pay, starting soon and can hardly wait. It is not difficult but you have to get serious about it. Make it happen, now. Best of luck folks.
I am looking, the market looks OK. Will need something 100% remote that pays well, and I hope I'll find something w/in next 2 months. I am in IT so things are a bit easier to find.
Everyone and anyone with a brain.
