Not in our group. Leaving would be considered disloyal and you would never be trusted and hired back.

For those that tool VSRP, there is a 6 month mandatory waiting period before you can be rehired or consult via a third party firm. This is a fact.

There are people who took the VSRP being recruited to return and actually returning. Keeping their severance and getting higher salaries. AMAZING!

I'd never consider returning strictly based on the horrible culture. No increase in pay could make up for that. I'm guessing not everybody feels that way, though?
