Does anyone else just dread coming into work? My burnout is real and I just feel exhausted with Nursing and never ending needs of these members.. Any tips on how to recover from severe burnout without leaving a good job?

Consider transfer to a different department. Nurses have choices.
Don’t burnout for a longer period of time. You will get into depression and company will replace you with someone else. After all we are a wellness company trying to build wealth on illness of our people.
I would use breaks and wellness time to pray and walk outside. I completely understand your feelings of being burnt out. I was there as well when I was in the role of CM. I felt like the members had needs that myself nor Humana had the resources to address. It begin to cause me to dread coming to work. Have you thought about transferring to another department?
Take a relaxing walk after you get off work. Even if it’s 10 or 15 minutes sometimes the break can help separate your workday from your home day. I have found this to be very helpful and have been burned out several times at Humana. Their micromanagement is ridiculous. Some coaches and the HUMCS program are ridiculous. My coach now is great and if we need something reach out. My previous manager would even listen to my voicemail messages. Cray Cray
Yes! Couple that with the extreme micromanagement, and it is a recipe for total burnout.
