Some reps are getting super territories here. Sounds like they will be starting them on May 1st. Unsure why the company is starting these changes in May, which is so weird compared to the usual April start date of changes.

They are. Test areas have already started as ours begin this July start of 3rd quarter. Watch as rep spots open they will not be filling them.
Super territory’s are very true !
Been a delay because of the chip shortage. Suppose to get mine finally on may 7th. Been on order since august.

We are still replacing reps and hiring SA’s. This won’t work in every region or come out nationwide.
It is happening currently in the south east region
Great Lakes here and nothing different. Sounds like test markets and will probably not roll out nationwide is my bet.
I want severance
This company has been known to roll out different programs in different areas.
This could just be tests being conducted in different areas to see how it works out, then it could be rolled out nationwide, or it could be rolled out in select areas only. Time will tell.
Whether anyone wants to believe it or not, super territories are happening, at least for some sales reps.
The company is not backfilling reps that quit, therefore no severance, just absorbing the routes as the reps quit.
