Management at Humana is an example of how management should not be. They probably think that people can't find another job and therefore exhaust employees to the limit. They are constantly pushing everyone to work even more but the promotion, through hard work alone, is impossible to get. And then, after an employee finally leaves, Humana hires three people to do what one person had done until then. Isn't this a textbook example of poor management?

What this person is saying cen easily be verified. Management is incompetent. I was in a department where they let my leader go, then filled his position 6 months later. The only reason those people in Management positions survive is because of the people under them. All they do is delegate and attend meetings. They do nothing outside of that.

So rude
Thou doth protest too much. If you are that worthy there will be a line of employers chasing you.
