Judging by my colleagues, more than half of the employees here are experiencing a severe burnout. Perhaps that percentage is even higher? Here it seems impossible to avoid stress and exhaustion on a daily basis.

I'd believe that if it weren't for the fact that our systems seem to get worse on the daily.
I wish I was joking. Every single day something else isn't working right in POS or the website.
The systems are replacing you soon enough
we knew inflation was what 7% when our raises were given out. Now they about to announce it's at 10%+ So we took a 6% pay cut? Makes sense.
All of our employees are out of sick time for the year....
Customer Service needs a raise. I have to get a second job to keep up with inflation. Not kidding, I'll be working at Subway after Verizon hours. Kinda humiliating.
Slap in the face to get a 3 to 4% raise knowing inflation was three times that much. It was pretty funny though when my boss showed me their salary and mine was only slightly lower. They only did this after I mentioned how much we're underpaid. I thought they were making a lot more for what they do. This is all a joke.
Boo HOO HOO
Our last meeting was meant to be all about employee wellness. All the GM said was if you need assistance, contact EAP. That was it. I guess he didn't want to hear any concerns, or reasons why the employees don't give a flying F about anything anymore. It's so depressing. We are all giving notice at the same time. That's the plan.
