FINALLY i have found a job where they appreciate me. I have found a Mon-Fri with weekends off that is a work life balance. Not the cr-p we have been dealing with for years. I have genuinely enjoyed helping my customers and getting great surveys, stepping up to the plate during the pandemic and helping our customers. But you can only be kicked to the ground and stomped on so many times until you say enough is enough. For those in RETAIL HE-L the jobs are out there and you are worth more than what this company is telling you. I hope everyone finds their happy place, I have mine and im heading there with bells on. Its a wonderful world out here! Lots of remote work, great colleagues and leaders who listen and appreciate integrity and hard work. Vz is a far off nightmare. Happy for you!
Greatest feeling when I left Verizon (6 years with the company) and went into the world of business IT sales. Never will go back to Verizon. Monday thru Friday and 3 days a week work from home. No cap on commission. No bull group commission either!!!

I’m going to quit on my 10th year anniversary, should have done it sooner, but I’m making x2 more on my side hussle than Vzw.
