- Salary ranges for various roles are kept private
- Everybody is being told different things when it comes to WFH: 100% in the office, 51% in the office, "do whatever you want", etc.
- Unreasonable Sapience rulesets; why not just measure actual progress instead of trying to boil everything down to a meaningless metric?

What is confusing about the “majority” of the days in the office for those who love where an office is open? Majority would mean 3 out of 5.
