We have to end this experiment of 2.0. It does not work, period. I don't care how many work around for the work around there are. Customers are fed up and leaving. Reps are giving up becuase we can't get passed errors and can't sell. This is beyond embarrassing. GO BACK TO 1.0 SO WE CAN DO OUR JOB!!

It's been an issue ever since they VSP'd the guys who knew what they were doing. With the amount of lost sales and good employees, VIP may have been the biggest money loser in VZ history, even bigger than Go90 or Yahoo.
I watch customers leave verizon everyday because of a system error that requires a ticket to fix. After 2 weeks when the ticket finally gets acknowledged the customers have left our company. The typical ticket response always being, “ likes fine on our side, try the order again”. We are doomed.

absolutely insane that they are closing down the pos 2.0 slack help channel in a couple days when noting is resolved. There are new outages, issues and workarounds almost everyday. It's actually not surprising because with Verizon, when there is a problem it's easier to bury it then actually do something to fix it.
