Our global business centers in Prague, Budapest, Buenos Aires, Kuala Lumpur, Curitiba, and Bangalore also have a performance based NSI bucket of 5 to 8% each year. Just search on LinkedIn for "ExxonMobil Buenos Aires" or any other low-cost business center to see the employees that are no longer working for our corporation.

@1szi+1ga0BAxW Olay minion. This discussion is not about businesses but it is rather about ExxonMobil, I large corporation that claims having and adhering to ethical standards conducting business when a lot of things they do behind the scenes is unethical. It is amazing the power ExxonMobil holds by simply throwing money at their lawyers and asking them to make illegal and unethical situations into legally acceptable.

Never good when someone loses their job.

But remember, someone lost their job when you were hired. And the main reason you were hired was not your skill but willingness to work for very low compensation.

ExxonMobil will move jobs from India or anywhere when the costs go higher.

That’s the new path to failure. A couple stooges managing low cost job shops around the globe that have no clue about the business or how it works.

There is talent all over the world. Don’t fool yourself , XOMs primary driver for BTC is the low cost regardless of what management says.

You guys should know by now that destroying people's careers is in ExxonMobil's DNA. It only protects mgmt. and those with sponsors. No one else! The mgmt. talks from both mouths. If didn't know, the HR led by inexperienced and incompetent TG sacrificed employees loaned to HR. As it was communicated by HR they were supposed to consult with the loaned resources parent organization before deciding whether the parent organization is willing to take them back or should be sacrificed in layoff. Guess what HR did? They didn't consult the parent organization and instead chose to layoff loaned resources. Ugly company, ugly people processes, and stinking environment and culture. May it rot in he-l!
