Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

Left for T-Mobile Business.

After 15 years at Verizon I left for T-Mobile. I received a 20k salary increase, $10k target comp increase and an additional 10k a year for their version of stock together. The systems and reporting are not as good as Verizon but they make up for it by actually having a good company culture. They encourage people to use the P-Card for Client engagement and closing business.. at Verizon you couldn’t even buy a sh---y lunch with our Director approval! The network has made tremendous Improvements too.. I was shocked to learn now sh---y Verizon 5G is compared to T-Mobile ultra capacity.

We'll all be waving at you from across the street while we slowly starve to death with a mound of goat pins around us desperately begging cuatomers to buy our over priced home insurances

Congrats op
