Wait management sick time? I always take personal days but that may just be because I dont trust them not to use it against me legal
or not.
Vacation used to increment at 5/10/20/25. Now you get more right way 3 weeks right away instead of at five years and more at earlier increments 3/8.

I am non-union and required to be in a specific office a certain number of days per week (I know many other groups with this requirement meaning I cant work from "anywhere" unless I drive/fly back to this particular office regularly) , and I work from home the rest of the time. I am not permitted to work from international locations without approval, which I've never seen anyone in my group get.

I get 6 personal days (used to be 7, but now the company says I have to take one of them on MLK Day), 5 UIA days (plus 1 more unpaid UIA if I need it - I havent needed it since 2008 - I'm salaried instead of hourly now and don't even know how this would work), and 8 holidays (used to be 7, but the company took my personal day and added MLK Day)
Non union vacation schedule is: 3 weeks for 0-3 years. 4 weeks for 4-7 years 5 weeks for 8-24 years, and 6 weeks for anything 25 years and more.
Vacation accrual used to be 2 weeks until 3 years, 3 weeks until 5, 4 weeks until 10, 5 weeks until 20 and 6 weeks for over 20, but they realigned vacation a couple times since then.
