Most of the time I feel totally exhausted. I keep hearing advice to work only the bare minimum, because hard work is not valued or properly compensated, but I really don't understand how someone manages to work only the bare minimum here? My boss expects the work to be done in a certain amount of time, and that would not be possible if one of us didn’t do the work for two or even three people.

Worded like typical sfc mgmt. the union workers are the only ones getting anything done. If mgmt would actuaky do their jobs and stop whining like helpless swine, the union slackers wouldn't be an issue.
