Get out, it’s not worth it
Just have an in office affair, it is the Fiserv way.
Get a divorce and lose custody of your kids. Then you only have to worry about your declining physical and mental health. That should be significantly easier for you. Plus it will be less to worry about when move to New Jersey!
Right? The EAP does not address the root of the issue.
Ironic. They offer resources to assist with mental well-being yet it is their horrible, inflexibile policies that harm us the most. They have no clue and as more people leave, those of us left behind will need to deal.
