@cycr+ ...less chiefs. One would think so, but at Verizon it's the exact opposite. They keep expanding the executive management overhead when shrinking the labor and lower management pool. How can we take the executive management team seriously when another RIF is announced.

dude I work in retail, we can barely afford gas to get to work. If you were lucky you got a 4% raise this year. Lots of people didn't get any raise. Real inflation is kicking the a-s of the poor and middle class. Which is us with these ridiculous goals and team pay nonsense.
