Cloud Engineering team is a joke. High achieving team's growth is being stolen and given to low achieving teams. OCI is an yet another Oracle data center for oracle shops. Major sales/revenue is around Cloud database services. ECA team is another joke. This team doesn't know the breadth and depth of the oracle technology itself. bottom line in short/long term cloud engineering will be a body shop for migrations only. very little native applications development.

Why would anyone want to stay at a company where you have to dread June 1 every year?
I left Oracle a few years ago after being there for over 20 and am really glad I left. I now work at a company where I am valued, paid much more than at Oracle, receive pay raises, and I have not yet had to worry about layoffs at all.
You deserve better than Oracle.

Day 2 - Saturday (off)
Day 3 - Sunday (off)
Day 4 - Monday (Memorial day here in the US)
