How long till they start dropping CS reps ?
Think they’re canning entire teams at this point. Outsourcing, automating, or just putting the work on those that “got lucky” and didn’t have their number called in the Hunger Games. From what I’ve heard, CS positions are not affected, everything else fair game, sups included.
