This place is a joke at the moment up leadership is trying to do things from years ago that do not work. Stores are falling apart from leadership that is not present and out of touch. They think all of these changes are doing anything only making the problem worse in the long run. Store either need to be closed or sold to agents we can no longer hire the staff to keep them open. They want stores especially the multi to remain normal hour when you have single digital head count between both of them. A few employees a day at a location is not a effect way to run a biz and not fair for the employee experience wonder why turnover is where it is. They want new hire who can barely handle consumer account to know sell biz solutions pretty sure we have a channel for that. This place is a joke and no one will care or listen to this and someone will down vote it. Its funny how all upper leadership care about is getting that clout on the gram or the link. I am listen lets switch roles for week and see how much better I do your job. Its not safe or fair to have employees run location with only a few employees have to kick half the customer out anyway due to the pure amount stress when 10 families walk in and you only have 3 people working and the manager is doing everything to keep the day to day operations going. They need to start listening or they will have to shut locations down due to not having enough staff. Since we do not give a sit card has been played it is game on. They dont pay us enough to deal with SMB. Maybe if they fixed the systems so they weren't trash and paid more then I would do more. Gee what a concept

Nobody can keep up with SMB changes and it's one offs. It takes a SMB rep that is on call 3 times a week to sell yet they want new reps to do better than the old school vets that they chased away. Higher pay is need to retain good people. People make the difference dummies. People matter unless you are Hans and want to show a quick short term uptick. Guess they forgot about the long term pain it creates.
They are caring that people are broke. That's why we are giving every one iPhone 13 for free. Haven't you seen the commercial?!?
I just gave my notice. 10+ years. I'm done. This is a sinking ship. I've seen more port outs to cheap carriers then ever. Verizon needs to recognize that due to the economy everyone is cutting back. Nobody cares about reliability and 5g. They care about affording gas and food.

Funny reading this as I'm working with 3 reps at the busiest store in the district. Part of the job now is telling people to away. The company wants to send out texts and emails saying to come down and get your free iPhone 13 yet we can barely even open the store on the daily because of staffing. Somethings got to give soon. They be like "help is on the way" what help? All the new hires and people applying are barely qualified to flip a burger. The want to ignore the one thing that drove everyone all this time and it's money. Compensate us properly. None of this team BS
