Ok guys let’s compare and see if we got screwed in severance too. What did you get. Do you think it was fair? Also I don’t really get this “optional non-profit experience” option, can someone explain that.

The non profit means you can extend your PP time for 3 months by working for a non profit company (remotely). You leave PP, work for 12 weeks with non profit getting laid and then you are made redundant. There is a list of companies you can work for
With paypal for basically 3 years (12 days short when laid off), got 7 weeks severance + notice period where I'm paid but don't work
