What style of interview does PayPal do, is it scenario, actions, outcomes or something else?
Also, is WFH full time an option?

Interview structure depends on the team you are interviewing with:
- Usually it will 1 HM round
- 2 Technical Leadership Round
- 1 System Design
- 1 with Product Leader
- 1 with Senior Leader
I would look elsewhere. Been here a little over a year and I'm ready to find a new job.
I cannot recommend working here, they're laying everyone off. Culture is terrible. Executive leadership is inept.
