Stressed, overworked, zero work-life balance, no guidance... that's just off the top of my head. You can't tell me that any other job wouldn't be better than this. I'm surprised more people aren't deciding to quit, considering everything we have to put up with on daily bases.

do me favor , apply for a job outside
if u can find a job , compare benefits . if like it , jump the g-n
if you can not find, come back on this forum and say why u r not leaving , also update your skills because that is reason you may not be leaving
Lota of plqces are worse. Minim wage retail. Amazon delivery or warehouse. Most anywhere looking for help eith a revolving door.
