Exactly! That VBG actually had/has a 'Marketing Group' is a really bad joke. These people could not find their backsides with their own hands and missed every opportunity to capitalize on changes in the market. Why? Because almost NONE of them understands telecom or the US Telecom Market and how to solve the customer's problems. Insane. Under Tami they missed EVERY opportunity to make money and squandered everything on wokeness, political correctness and diversity. Sadly in their 'diversity' they missed real opportunities to promote 'those that know' just in order to promote those who comply or comprise a certain race, creed or color.
Imagine once upon a time 'The Voice' of Jersey's Homegrown James Earl Jones was the marketing voice of the company. Even Luke Skywalker knew that!
The "Can you hear me now?" guy was in more than a few movies to advertise the company for free, as did comedians.
Being a Verizon Wireless subscriber or a FiOS subscriber meant that you had the best of the best. And businesses followed suit...until...
