Wow. Pretty on point. Except starting August.. Wish I'd seen this before I signed my contract 😔

Late to this, but while the CA warn notices were suspended in 2020, they were reinstated last year. Since you don't even know this basic fact, it's kind of hard to trust you on anything else you claim to "know" Will there be layoffs? Sure, they've started already. But you're just guessing like everyone else and dressing it up as something more.

I just got a job offer yesterday from Oracle. They said they have good budget as part of 1st quarter (1st June). Any thoughts? Should I take it?

I don’t think anything happened. Nothing that I heard about. A few years ago there was better information here. Now there’s a lot of nonsense being written on this board.

Consolidating Mgmt should exterminate some of the rats.
Will be interesting to see who survives.
Maybe they will eliminate the most transparent; those that kiss up the most, take more time off, have higher turnover, less profit and questionable expense reports.

Then, there is always the revolving door. Oracle is always open to those who know how to scratch and claw their way back in. The rats will be there to turn out the lights.
