Dealing with short staffing issues, quota,assisting GMs , assisting customers , assisting employees, trainings , schedules and then here comes Operations team in your face about non serialized counts , demo counts, serialized counts , merchandising, shipping , packing , pos systems failing . There’s a merchandising change every weak it’s stressing all management out . Operations team giving you deadlines like as if we aren’t short staffed and we need help. VERIZON needs to create a new position in the stores to handle all operations related concerns . STOP OVERWORKING US In the stores . STOP WITH MERCHANDISING CHANGES EVERY Weak.

Come on now " The Do nothing club is being overworked "? The Sm job should be eliminated the reps are doing most merchandising and operations now and we have store Keys 🔑! The people they hire were producing employees to non producing, vzw should eliminate the position,or at least cut from 2 to1 in stores
The stores are a mess.
I wonder if the stores and all of its headcount will survive Brandon's recession.
They did have those positions (they brought them back several times in fact) but everytime they bring them back people complained thinking ops was "easy" and not needed.
