What did everyone think? I would be sh-tting myself if I was in Personal Lines Auto Underwriting and the automation! I like Tipsy's comment about this is for the "long term" good of the organization and for our growth plans. You f-ckers have about 2 or 3 more years so you better get your finances ready. Ohhh and if you have been around long enough, the last time we were outgrowing Progressive and Geico they were laughing because they were shedding their unprofitable business and State Farm was putting it on the books. They know our rates/weaknesses and intentionally target that for their non-renewals to send to SF to make SF unprofitable!

They have been trying to find a way to eliminate personal lines underwriting since 2004. Its knowledge based systems, automatic issuance, etc. uw justified their jobs by nitpicking every little detail in applications and reunderwriting. Data is so a part of it now that computers will use analytics to predict risk exclusively. If I were in uw, I would get out. Band aid is coming off after the 100 yr anniversary hoopla

You immediately establish your troll/fake status when you start by calling someone a tool for posting something factual. You are the exact same person... every single time... on every single post. Obviously you do not work at State Farm and have never run a defector reports/listings to see where SFs business is moving too and who's customer we are getting! Exposed for what you are!
