Nope
yeah r2b can jo--t a union they’re individual contributors and do not directly manager or supervise anyone. and that’s a fact, certain reps have spoken with the union and i can tell you they’re eligible. i don’t know about SMs
No they cannot. They are considered management. You’re an id--t I’m an R2B rep.
R2B can join union yes
R2B are considered individual contributors like Project Managers. There are Managers that don’t manage people. They should be part of the union
Sms cannot be part of a union hou id--t
I'm an SM and I'm part of the union. Yes. We can join the union. Mo--ns.....
Assistant managers can not join a union. They represent the company. No management employee can. R2b is also considered management.
As some have already said (and some have just made up answers because they want to sound important) anyone who is considered “management” cannot unionize under the law. Assistant Managers and Store Managers are included. It is not based on pay bands or salaried status. R2B employees are absolutely able to join, but based on title would not qualify to be in the same group as regular team members within the store.
Yes they can join the CBA union.
SM can 100% join union. They are non salary
Managers can't be part of union. 100% the truth.
Yup. The other one that begins with a I looking to make some moves. Game over whats a few bucks in taxes and fees each month gone with all these pay changes over the years. A drop in the hat.
