I wonder how you live your life always looking in the rear view mirror. Get over it or move on. Life is short, learn to see things as they are and either accept them, become part of the solution you are seeking or find something where you at a positive force. And buyer beware there is no perfect anywhere —- ask those at Apple, Amazon, Google, Twitter - etc….

Yes we are because the $hitshow keeps getting worse. The inefficiencies and lack of any form of support from above and IT has become unbearable since first data took comtrol.

Wow HR playing image damage control. I guess you don't have enough to do. Fiserv is not run anything like Google, Facebook, and employee's are treated far better than this 3rd world tech company. If you want lower pay, and higher work load. Fiserv is the place for you.
The person that needs to go is our failed first data ceo. He has sent decades of knowledge out the door to build an unnecessary office to be his ego monument. He is much like our failed former president, how did this happen and why are you following a failed leader? Wake up. And now he is chairman of the board? Pretty soon much like another only he will be able and needed to run things.
