Calls that do not do anything. Chasing ridiculous metrics. Also running multi locations with no headcount. We have the scout team in the super bowl not a winning formula. While the time has come. Aint got nothing to lose at this point.

The stores are worthless. Been losing money for years. Not sure why Verizon still has them.
I wonder if they have slack bots setup to block/catch union talk.
Sm's and even GM's should be the catalyst to start this but most are so afraid or have drank so much koolaid Verizon could tell them that they had to stand on the corner with a sign and spin it, they would smile and ask when to get started.
We had someone pretend to want to go union. They flew in a union buster the next day. 1 on 1 interviews with everyone. Hahahahah it was a good time to air all the dirty laundry out though at least.
The state of retail mgmt at our location in the last week, well,you could write a scathing report on their incompetence, examples, A rep with 15 years experience has had 2 months with a 1 contribution score,even after all the different commission plans he's on the pip process, while another rep had a 1 contribution got a b2b job? DIRECTOR store visit with her staff and DM in tow,with store Gm following like sheep, with the entourage pointing ,criticizing talking about the cleanliness of the store, they all take a catered lunch at the break room and left the table in such a mess after they left we cleaned up after them( no rep was asked if they wanted anything) GM had a market review with said Director and they asked GM why upgrades were up 300% from prior month(and different comp plan) Its one of those "gotcha" moments to shift the blame from their levels of incompetent decisions to a Lowly GM( A VZW mgmt used for years) Lastly, 2 ast mgrs that a HR nightmares, with one unfortunately, certifiable. And still people come to the stores to buy in 2022 ( the sge of online shopping? The staff( reps) the morale is at 0 dealing with what's going on.
Everyone in retail should just constantly talk about unions. See what kind of chaos you can create all over the country. Like op said, nothing to lose.
