Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

On the right track

I realize these are difficult times, but rest assured Frank is a good person and a great leader. His business skills are actually underrated and in spite of the market disruption, has us on the right path. When we look back 3 years from now, we will be very happy we stayed.

If you had leadership that was worthy of 40-130 million a year you wouldn’t be complaining of tough times.
Your not getting what you’re paying for you’re getting ripped off blindly.
Too bad you can’t see it for what it is. The stock market can.

Thought the OH group was going to make the stock price run single-handedly. Now you’re calling for teamwork?
Just realizing you are actually just Frank’s bi--h?

I'm pretty excited to move to Berkeley. I have met with Frank and find him pretty inspirational. Things my seems difficult now, it will be worth it when we win!!! Let's pull together like a real team, we can do this!!!

Well, what is your definition of leadership ? All i have seen from our new CEO is micro management, and employee benefits cutting. Pi----g off 80% of the employee's and a lot of customers.

My definition of a leader is someone who leads and trusts employee's to do the job they were hired for. You should not have to relocate to the other side of the country to do your job.

He's been at this three years. It is already three years later. When I look back I am not very happy I stayed.

Maybe he should stop working like the Ohio people and start accomplishing something now.

Frank works hard and very long hours. We are fortunate to have him as our leader, with his wealth he could be doing anything. He earns his compensation.

What you are failing to understand is that Frank doesn't care about his employees. He is out to pad his wallet. Just take a look at what he made last year, while healthcare costs increased and other benefits like ESPP and 401k match we're significantly decreased.

Exactly, Frank may not have the best employee relations skills but he is from the tough streets of brooklyn/the bronx. He is a fighter and he is fighting every day to make this company the best in the biz. Give him a chance and he will show you just how great he can make this company!

Saying frank is doing a good job is like staying Ole Joe is doing a good job.

It would be useful if TheLayoff had a feature where users could flag posts as HR shill propaganda, and then provide an option to filter out those posts. Would keep the front page a lot cleaner.
