So to all of you naysayers concerning not wanting to go into the office. If Wells offered your hub as somewhere in Hawaii, and offered to cover relocation, would you accept RTO on that permanent basis?

Let’s see…Live in CA and currently have a 7:30 am weekly call with my manager and a bunch of east coast colleagues. Move to HI and take that call at 4:30 am? Sure, sounds great!! And realistically, start every day before dawn because I’ll be so far behind everyone else.
No.
If you were offered a free 9 course meal that came with the condition that it could only be eaten in a farm yard's pig pen, with flies and po-p everywhere, would you do it...?
Cost of living in Hawaii is astronomical, and the freedom index is low. So no, I wouldn't.
Illogical Fallacy
Go home, haole!
Hawaii is a nice place to visit but a cr-p place to live.
No, Wells lies about its agreements and chooses when to honor them and not. I wouldn't trust them to keep their word!
Not everyone considers Hawaii to be a special place. I have nothing against it, but no interest to visit there, let alone move there.
Get stuck on an island for WF?
Why would I have to move to do that?
ha ha OP
Why would there be a hub in Hawaii? That wouldn’t even make sense.
no it's not about location - it's about work life balance and respecting me as an individual to not have to sit among 300 people in a warehouse environment. I see 4 grew walls and can't see outside so what would it matter if I was in Hawaii?
No. Hawaiians don’t want non natives there. Leave them be.
Also, with the effects of climate change…pass regardless.
