After years of project delivery as a pmts, we are pushed for proving our tech caliber for hikes and promotion. I am a h1b. Now my salary is very low than a smts new joiner.

I feel that if you in h1b they will ask you to work more and more and more .... No hikes. I understand very well and left company last week.
Yes college passouts are getting more salary than 15 year exp h1b. I was working 4 years was getting 0 hike.
Paid less than the newbies?
Oracle is like the gardener that thinks that the plants are doing well because he sees a flower. Meanwhile the roots are decaying!
